1. Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any service at luminabusiness.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Scope of service

Lumina Business is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that ingests business reviews, generates draft responses, and assists with online reputation management for local businesses. We are a software provider — not a marketing agency, advertising service, or public-relations firm. We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, revenue, or any specific business outcome.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and transact. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Pricing & Payments

Lumina Business is sold as a recurring subscription in U.S. dollars. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.

• Starter — $199.00/month: Google Business Profile and Facebook coverage, 2 competitor watchlists.
• Growth — $349.00/month: adds Yelp and Nextdoor, 5 competitor watchlists, hyper-local voice persona.
• Edge — $499.00/month: adds multi-location support, Apple Maps, and lead-directory integrations.
• Annual billing: any plan may be billed annually at a 20% discount versus the monthly rate.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) using your payment method on file, at the then-current rate, until cancelled. Promotional terms (including the 20% annual discount) apply only to the plan and term they are offered with.

3. Refund, Dispute & Cancellation

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@luminabusiness.ai. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable and are not prorated upon cancellation. Annual plans are non-refundable once the annual term has commenced.

Billing errors & disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@luminabusiness.ai within 14 days of the charge for a review. We respond to all billing inquiries within 3 business days.

4. Delivery & Fulfillment

All services are digital. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. Upon successful payment, access to your subscription tier is provisioned to your account immediately, and ongoing service (review ingestion, draft generation, and weekly digests) is delivered electronically for the duration of your subscription.

5. Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Lumina Business Services, Inc. collects, uses, and protects personal information.

Information we collect

• Account and registration details (name, business name, email).
• Connected business-profile data and publicly available review content from sources you authorize (e.g., Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, Facebook).
• Payment information, processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use your data to operate the service — ingesting reviews, generating response drafts, sending digests, and processing payments — and to provide support. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Data security

We apply administrative and technical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your information.

GDPR right to removal

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to request the deletion or removal of your personal data (the "right to be forgotten"). To request the removal of your account and personal information, please contact us at legal@luminabusiness.ai. We will process and respond to your request in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Legal & Export Restrictions

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. We do not provide service to, or process payments for, individuals or entities located in countries or regions subject to U.S. trade embargoes or economic sanctions. Users must be at least 18 years of age.
